Eligibility for Returns

  3. Your item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery
  4. Note: Items used, worn, washed, or missing accessories will not qualify for returns.

Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Our team will review and confirm your request
  3. You will receive instructions for sending your item back
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  1. The product is defective
  2. The wrong product was delivered
  3. The return request is approved within policy limits
  4. Refund Time:
    Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after item inspection.
  5. Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

You may exchange your item if:

  1. The size is incorrect
  2. You want the same item in a different variant
  3. The product received is damaged
  4. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  1. Used or washed products
  2. Products without original tags/packaging
  3. Clearance or sale items
  4. Personal use items (if hygiene seal is broken)

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
